Carnivorous patrons can sink mouth swords into a lean petite sirloin filet ($15.95) or savor a cluster of skewered tequila-lime shrimp grilled in butter ($18.95). The sudsy mitts of brewmaster Chris George preside over Riverside's seven original craft beers, which include a signature Amber Ale, an opaque Irish Stout, and an unfiltered German Weiss Beer ($3.50–$5.50). Peepers soak in the picturesque canvas of the Milwaukee River as palates receive lubricating doses of the house's microbrewed root beer ($2.95).
